千禧年联欢会纪念特刊“鄙”的记录

　　千禧年温哥华南大全球校友联欢会的纪念特刊，从一开始就不大对路，在联欢会当天节目手册里的特刊组名单，和一年后特刊里的特刊组成员，就大有出入，已出毛病。特刊里的照片“笑话”，早就有人担心会有意或无意地得罪校友，可惜局内人还是处理不当，把“鄙”字印出来了。

2001年 4月	有两位Y2K筹委会会员公函禁止特刊里印到他们的照片“笑话” 。
2001年 4月27日	Y2K主席公函里： “My statement is to guarantee to save harmless to every Nantah Alumni BC member that there is no material in the publication that ‘degrades anyone explicitly by name after the suggested revisions.’ The tekan articles will not be distributed in part or in whole, in any facet, whether via verbal conversation or any other channel of reproduction, without prior consent by the Editor in Chief.”
2001年 5月	纪念特刊送到吉隆坡复印。
2001年 6月	一千本纪念特刊印成与分发。
2001年 8月	125本纪念特刊寄到Y2K主席分发，本地校友方得仔细阅读特刊。
2001年12月20日	直观人的《千禧年温哥华南大全球校友联欢会记念特刊──第三角度》文章发表。
2002年 1月24日	外圈人的《再谈直观人千禧年南大全球校友联欢会的第三角度》文章发表。
2002年 1月30日	卑诗省南大校友公布会讯#1里： “联欢筹委会于2001年11月17日正式宣布解散。本执委会谨此宣布，终止在本会范围内讨论联欢会的一切是非功过。凡我会员，务请尊重本执委会这一项决定。会员如对2000联欢会有意见，不妨以私人名义在全球任何网页中发表言论。”
2002年 2月10日	Y2K筹委会为特刊第17页的“鄙”字公函道歉。
2002年 2月11日	卑诗省南大校友公布会讯#2里： “To members who may have felt unsatisfied with the presentation of the Y2K Reunion publication or otherwise unhappy with any aspect of the reunion, on behalf of the Association, the Executive Committee members wish to express our regret and hope that we can serve you better in the future. The Executive Committee members unanimously decided in our last meeting that no discussion item related to the Y2K Reunion will be put on the Committee's meeting agenda in the future, unless such a move is necessary and essential for the protection of the Association's interests. This decision is not intended to ban discussion of such issues amongst our members...”
2002年 2月16日	外圈人的《千禧年南大全球校友联欢会特刊的“鄙”》文章发表。
2002年 2月16日	卑诗省南大校友新年晚宴，大约有11位校友出席，五位理事和特刊主编都在一起欢聚共庆。

　　“鄙”字肯定的是个错误，既然已经不是“没人理会”的错误，我想特刊负责人和卑诗省南大校友会的“重要”人物，不应该知错不理。Y2K主席，特刊主编和卑诗省南大校友会的五位理事，都是举杯高呼“我爱南大”的千禧年联欢会主人，千万不要抱着“此事不值理睬”的傲慢态度，再加多一层失敬，错上加错。希望能扪心避免不必要的傲慢，针对“鄙”字公函简短的解释，给受损的卅七位校友一点点交代，大家都可聊以自慰。今年六月我们才可以有诚心的到沙巴联欢会去欢呼“我爱南大的兄弟姐妹”。
