天上掉下大馅饼──网路诈骗犯罪

　　小时我对孩子念伊索寓言，有一个故事我对他们念了几次：有一个农夫在临终时，对孩子们说：“我告诉你们一个秘密，我的葡萄园里埋着宝藏。你们去挖一挖，会找到它。”

　　父亲过世了，孩子们去葡萄园用铲子和锄头挖掘，寻找父亲的宝藏。

　　他们一遍一遍地翻动葡萄园里的土地，始终没有发现这宝藏。

　　由于土地被彻底地挖松，葡萄园有了一次前所未有的丰收。当年他们的收入比往年还多。孩子们终于领悟父亲所谓的财富是要他们用劳力去创造。

　　在故事结尾，伊索说：“没有一种金银财宝是可以不劳而获的。”

　　这种浅显的道理，许多大人却不明白。他们总相信：“天上会掉下大馅饼”，由于他们的贪念，想不劳而获，结果被人蒙骗上当。

　　在我们这里有一个人是我朋友的朋友，有一天在网上收到一个恭喜函说他中到了一百多万美金，希望他领取。

　　 他和网上的机构联络，对方说他需先付五万元的税金及手续费才能领取这百万元。而且时间紧迫，逾期奖金作废。

　　他在一间电脑公司工作，负责财务，他想暂时从公司移走五万多元，领到百万元之后很快填补上，应该没有问题，于是就挪用公司的钱。可是这钱汇出后就没有任何消息，公司发现他挪用公司的钱要他赔偿并解聘他。

　　这位先生失业又失财，回家对儿子出气。

　　在高中读书的孩子，一天在学校昏倒，由于救护车送医院延误，这孩子成植物人，他却迷信气功治疗，由一个远在佛罗里达州的所谓中国“气功大师”电话发功，结果孩子没有治好，现在居住在一个疗养院。

　　这是一个现实的悲剧。网路诈骗也称奈及利亚诈骗(Nigerian scam)，电子邮件请你协助提取一笔巨额的存款，或一笔巨额存款请你代为投资。单是美国被这些《尼日利亚骗案》每年损失近二十亿美元！

　　这些骗徒通过匿名的免费电子邮件帐户和移动电话通信邮政位址掩盖真实身份和位置。设立一个圈套：声称某人（或你的某个远方亲戚）逝世，而对方需要你提供你的个人资料及户口号码，以便把死者的遗产存入你的户口里。有时，他们甚至会声称要借用你的户口来作资产转移，并承诺会以所转移的资产的某个比例作为报酬。

　　这些骗徒假冒当地的银行或职员，并宣称有一笔为数可观的遗产等他们来申领。一个恭喜函说你已获得一笔你从来没有参加抽奖的奖金，希望你领取。

　　所以大家要小心，突如其来的“喜讯”不要太兴奋。我几乎天天和这些网路诈骗打交道，在短短不到两星期我收到底下典型的诈骗电子信件，如果天上会掉下大馅饼，我在一个月内成为亿万富翁：

(1) 我克雷尔页从我在医院病床上向你写信。现在的当务之急请与我的律师联系（barparkison@9.cn）。上帝保佑。

　　请注意愚蠢的漏洞：律师在中国。
